Registration Fees Must be paid in full. Registration covers Club Membership, Insurance and goes towards the General running of the club i.e. training equipment, training balls, match balls, pitch maintenance, cost of flood lighting, heating and lighting of the clubhouse, washing of kits, coach training, award presentations, stationary and admin costs etc. 

Alternative payment arrangements can be discussed with your team manager. Players who neglect to pay their annual subscription/membership or non-payment of the payment plan may result in the player’s ineligibility to train/play for the club. I agree to abide by club, league and governing body rules & regulations. 

I have read, understood and agree to abide by the codes of conduct that is available to view on this website.  In the event of a medical emergency, and I am uncontactable, I authorise a qualified medical practitioner to provide emergency treatment or medication to my child. I give permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during club events for reporting or promotion of the sport in club publications and club websites.
